Around five people were lost their lives after a scooter and a motorbike were collided head-on near Kesari Patna village under Bhanjanagar block in Ganjam District late on Thursday night. Another person was critically injured in this mishap.
As per information, a scooter is collided head-on with a motorbike coming from the opposite direction near Kesari Patna village late on Thursday night. While three persons died on the spot, three others were admitted to the nearby hospital in very critical condition.
However, two of them died while undergoing treatment. Another person was shifted to Berhampur Hospital as his condition was getting deteriorated. It has been revealed that two of the deceased were employees of the Electricity Department. Upon being informed by local people, Bhanjanagar police reached the spot and started an investigation about the incident.
