Samsung inaugurated its first Online-to-Offline store in Mumbai

Samsung, India’s largest consumer electronics company, inaugurated its first Online-to-Offline (O2O) lifestyle store in India at Jio World Plaza mall, the recently inaugurated ultra-luxury precinct for retail, leisure and dining in Mumbai, strengthening its commitment to India.

Samsung BKC, located in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex, will showcase Samsung’s premium products through curated experiences and real-life scenarios. The store, spanning 8,000 sq ft, will showcase Samsung’s widest portfolio, including smartphones, televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, and more. The store will offer Samsung’s latest AI experiences, including ‘AI for All’ for consumer electronics and ‘Galaxy AI’ for mobile devices, catering to premium consumers and technology enthusiasts. Mr. JB Park, President & CEO, Samsung Southwest Asia, said, “Here, customers will get a feel of our expansive connected devices ecosystem and our cutting edge technology.”

Samsung BKC, the first Samsung O2O store in India, aims to revolutionize retail shopping by combining online and offline experiences. With over 1,200 products available online and in-store assistance, the store offers a wide selection of products, allowing for delivery across the country, not just in Mumbai. Samsung BKC will offer customers the latest Galaxy S24 series, featuring special edition color options and free gen AI-enabled personalization. Customers can experience and pre-book the Galaxy S24 series starting January 23.
