National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) has joined forces with Ethnotech Academic Solutions Pvt Ltd to inaugurate the Centre for Future Skills in Kalaburagi, Karnataka, aiming to redefine youth training in cutting-edge technologies and catalyze India’s vision for a technologically advanced future.
The launch event, graced by esteemed dignitaries including Shri. Subhas Sarkar, Hon’ble Minister of State for Higher Education, Government of India, and Shri. Umesh Jadhav, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, underscored the critical role of such initiatives in shaping India’s workforce for the digital age.
Ved Mani Tiwari, CEO of NSDC and MD NSDC International, emphasized the urgency of upskilling in response to rapid technological advancements, highlighting the Centre’s focus on short-term certification courses in collaboration with industry giants like Microsoft, CISCO, and AWS. Aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the Centre for Future Skills integrates academic knowledge with practical expertise, ensuring graduates are equipped to meet the demands of a dynamic job market.
