NSE-SSE welcomes first 5 listings, enhanceslearning opportunities across India

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) proudly unveils the listing of the first five Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) on its prestigious Social Stock Exchange (SSE) platform. Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement (SVYM), Transform Rural India, Mukti, Ekalavya Foundation, and SGBS Unnati Foundation have taken center stage, championing the cause of education and learning.

The SSE platform, synonymous with academic excellence, celebrates the transformative power of education in shaping the future of individuals and communities alike. The ceremonial bell ringing event at the iconic NSE headquarters in Mumbai not only marks the initiation of listings but also heralds a new era of educational advancement.

With an impressive mobilization of approximately INR 8 Crore through these inaugural listings, the SSE platform stands poised to revolutionize educational opportunities across the length and breadth of India.Notable among the attendees was the presence of Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman, Hon’ble Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs, Government of India, who commended the NSE’s initiative in fostering impactful finance mechanisms for social welfare.
