Hulladek Recycling Pvt Ltd, in collaboration with the Nagaland Pollution Control Board, successfully organized the E-Waste Management Summit 2024 in Kohima. This significant event gathered key stakeholders to address the pressing issues surrounding e-waste management and recycling in Northeast India.
The summit featured esteemed guests, including Smt. Aghali A Swu and Shri. Kevisede Pucho from the Nagaland Pollution Control Board, alongside Mr. Nandan Mall, Founder and Managing Director of Hulladek. They emphasized the urgent need for sustainable waste management practices in the region. “This summit marks a significant step towards achieving effective e-waste management in the North Eastern states,” stated Smt. Discussions focused on the current e-waste landscape, compliance with new regulations, and Hulladek’s initiatives to establish itself as the leading e-waste solution provider. Additionally, Hulladek announced its expansion into managing other waste categories, highlighting a commitment to comprehensive waste solutions.In Kohima, awareness campaigns were also initiated, including the installation of no-parking boards in localities to foster responsible waste disposal. The summit served as a vital platform for collaboration, uniting government officials, corporate leaders, and environmental activists to innovate and share knowledge for a sustainable future.
