The 25th Hornbill Festival in Nagaland, known as the Festival of Festivals, captivated 2.5 lakh visitors with its vibrant celebrations and groundbreaking initiatives. Durex’s The Birds and Bees Talk (TBBT) program stole the spotlight as the festival’s Health Partner, launching Asia’s first-ever Consent Café to engage youth on essential life skills in a unique, interactive way.
The Consent Café, inaugurated by top government officials, provided an immersive experience with light installations, music, and art, fostering open conversations about consent, inclusion, and protection. On Day 2, Durex TBBT introduced its Rap Album, featuring five local artists who highlighted the program’s five core pillars—consent, awareness, protection, inclusion, and equity—through music that resonated with the younger audience.
Festivalgoers enjoyed interactive activities at the Durex TBBT Arena, including photo booths, giveaways, and lively mascots Joy and Bubble. Gaurav Jain, EVP of Reckitt South Asia, shared, “We aim to inspire youth with knowledge while promoting inclusivity and empowerment.”
