Unlock Your Future: JEE Main 2025 – Gateway to India’s Top Engineering Colleges

The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) 2025 held a press conference at Kohima Press Club to encourage students from Nagaland and the North-East to register for JEE Main 2025. The event, led by Prof. AnindyaBasu, Chairman, Local Organising Committee, highlighted the benefits of reserved seats and dedicated counselling for NE students. Registration for Session 2 (April 2025) began on January 31 and will close on February 24, 2025.

With nearly 24,000 seats available across NITs, around 2,000 seats are reserved under the State Quota for NE students, and 740 seats will be allotted through the CSAB-NEUT round. CSAB 2025 will provide multilingual support and a dedicated counsellingcentre in Nagaland. Prof. K. UmamaheshwarRao, Chair, CSAB 2025, urged students to seize this opportunity, stating, “JEE Main is a gateway to India’s top engineering institutions, shaping careers in science and technology.”

Kohima, a key hub for education-related commerce, is witnessing increased demand for coaching materials, online test preparation resources, and counselling services. Local businesses and bookstores are seeing a rise in student engagement, reflecting growing awareness of competitive exams. CSAB will continue outreach efforts, including a press conference in Mizoram on February 14, 2025.
