Ice tea, let’s try a quick hydrating drink

Some people enjoy sipping tea to wind down after a long day, regardless of the season. However, making hot tea can seem like a chore when the temperature rises sharply. Make some cool iced tea at home. It’s naturally sweet, refreshing, and sure to be a success at home. One cup of aloe vera juice, a tiny piece of raw turmeric ground in water to form 1/4 cup of juice.

1 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder, one lemon’s juice, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder are needed to prepare these aloe vera cubes. Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze it after blending all the ingredients until it’s smooth. Take one cube, melt it in some warm water, and drink it every morning.
