Ather Energy, a leading Indian electric vehicle manufacturer, has announced the launch of its new family-oriented scooter, “Rizta.” The scooter, which has been in development since 2019, aims to cater specifically to the needs of families and is expected to be unveiled at the Ather Community Day Celebration 2024.
The company has incorporated “groundbreaking integrations” that promise to elevate the ride experience for families. Tarun Mehta, co-founder and CEO of Ather Energy, revealed that the Rizta has been on and off the table since 2019, with teams incorporating industry-first integrations to make the ride experience better.
The company aims to begin deliveries of the scooter in the next six months. Tarun Mehta emphasized that the Rizta will maintain the same quality and reliability that Ather’s other products are known for. The company will be unveiling the “Ather Rizta” at ACDC 24 – Ather Community Day Celebration 2024. Talking about Rizta in a tweet, Swapnil Jain, Co-founder & CTO of Ather Energy said, the Ather Rizta, is a family vehicle built with the same passion for customer satisfaction as the Ather 450X, focusing on comfort and safety.
