Central Bank of India launches a dedicated NRI Desk in Kolkata to provide specialized banking, investment, and remittance solutions for the Indian diaspora.
The Central Bank of India officially inaugurated a specialized NRI Desk at its Kolkata Zonal Office today. The facility was inaugurated by Shri Raj Kokil, Deputy General Manager (DGM), Kolkata Zone, in the presence of senior bank officials and prominent NRI customers. The unique financial needs of Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs). By centralizing these services, the bank aims to eliminate the complexities often associated with cross-border banking.
Speaking at the inauguration, Shri Raj Kokil emphasized that the NRI segment is a vital partner in India’s economic growth. The establishment of this dedicated desk in Kolkata is a commendable step toward enhancing customer experience.
