Mahindra Truck and Bus, part of the Mahindra Group, has launched the BLAZO i-TRK, a technology-led Heavy Commercial Vehicle designed to bring artificial intelligence, connected fleet management and predictive service capabilities into India’s trucking ecosystem. Positioned as “Profit Ka Rocket”, the BLAZO i-TRK combines fuel-efficiency technologies, a 320 HP powertrain and digital fleet tools. Mahindra claims the truck can deliver up to 10% better fuel efficiency and potentially generate up to ₹15 lakh additional profit per truck over five years.
At the centre of its technology proposition is iFuelSmart, described by Mahindra as India’s first AI-enabled automatic drive mode in the Heavy Commercial Vehicle segment. The system analyses road gradients, payload and driving conditions and automatically selects the optimum operating mode. The 7.2-litre, 320 HP mPOWER engine produces 1,100 Nm torque between 1,100 and 1,700 rpm and is supported by TurboMAXX and OptiFuel technologies. The truck also features iMAXX 2.0, offering remote AC management, remote vehicle crank inhibit, air-filter and DPF alerts, Distance-to-Empty monitoring, FleetSense reports and ScoreMAXX driver analytics.
Mahindra has introduced an industry-first 48-hour Uptime Guarantee, with eligible customers receiving ₹10,000 per day if the truck is not restored within the committed period. Its Parts Supply Guarantee covers 250 critical parts.The Now24x7 app adds digital service requests, roadside assistance, spare-parts ordering, service history and live breakdown tracking. The BLAZO i-TRK also brings COMFiMAXX suspended seats, EzyCruise, a spacious AC cabin, Bluetooth-enabled entertainment, an optional two-way Driver Monitoring System and aerokit-ready design. Vinod Sahay, President–Trucks & Buses and Executive Chairman–SML Mahindra, said the launch reflects Mahindra’s ambition to advance commercial mobility through innovation, technology and customer partnerships. The range will be available across variants and applications in three colours.
