Guwahati High Court Kohima Bench Launches Mobile App For Improved Digital Access

The Kohima Bench of the Gauhati High Court launched its official mobile application on Wednesday to enhance digital access to judicial services in Nagaland. The app was unveiled by Justice Ashutosh Kumar, Chief Justice of the Gauhati High Court, and features streamlined access to case status, cause lists, court orders, and various e-Courts services. Designed for user-friendliness, the application aims to make judicial services more accessible and transparent. In his inaugural address, Chief Justice Kumar emphasized the judiciary’s commitment to technology-driven reforms, calling the app a crucial tool for improving transparency, efficiency, and public access to justice. The launch included remarks from Boduve Peter Resu, Joint Registrar (Judicial), and the presence of other judges from the Gauhati High Court. The app is now available for download on the Google Play Store and is expected to bolster the digital infrastructure of the Nagaland judiciary while expanding public access to essential court-related information.
