Oscar-winning composer A.R. Rahman will establish a facility in Kohima aimed at music production and creative development, as announced by Nagaland Chief Minister Dr. Neiphiu Rio. Named the Naga International Studio, this hub will nurture talent and produce music and content inspired by Naga culture, featuring an auditorium for performances and high-end recording facilities. Chief Minister Rio expressed gratitude towards Rahman for acknowledging the potential of the Naga people and committing resources to the state, emphasizing the initiative’s significance in fostering creativity and artistic talent in remote areas.
