Amway India has announced a major transformation of its Home Delivery operations, significantly improving delivery speed and service coverage across the country. The company has doubled its reach from 8,000 to over 17,500 pincodes, now serving more than 90% of India. Over the past five years, average delivery time has been reduced by 48% from 3.1 days to just 1.6 days while next-day deliveries have risen from 29% to over 55%.
Managing Director Rajneesh Chopra said Home Delivery has become a strategic pillar supported by stronger partnerships, digital infrastructure and an agile supply chain. Senior Vice President Sanjeev Suri added that intelligent analytics, national carrier partnerships and real-time visibility have strengthened reliability and helped deliveries evolve from cost centres into value creators.
Amway operates 23 warehouses, including Pick-to-Light enabled facilities, and processes over 2 lakh home delivery orders monthly with a 99.2% Perfect Delivery Rate. A unified tracking platform offers real-time updates via email, SMS and website access, while a 30-day return policy and doorstep pickup service cover more than 1,900 pincodes. Amway is now focusing on premium and sustainable packaging to further elevate the unboxing and doorstep experience as part of its future-ready delivery ecosystem.
