Education company PhysicsWallah (PW) has announced the performance of its students in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2026, with several candidates securing top All India Ranks (AIR) in the medical entrance examination. Among the top performers were Ravikant Diwakar (AIR 55), Shivansh Anand (AIR 152), Divyansh Jaiswal (AIR 173) and Sakshi Kumari (AIR 192). The company said students achieved these results through its online courses, tech-enabled PW Vidyapeeth centres and hybrid PW Pathshala centres.
To mark the achievement, PW organised a felicitation event in Murshidabad, where Sudipto Mondal (AIR 800) was recognised among the city’s high-performing students. Founder and CEO Alakh Pandey congratulated all aspirants, saying success was the result of hard work and perseverance while encouraging students who did not achieve their desired scores to continue striving towards their goals. The platform attributed its coaching model to technology-driven learning tools, including daily practice questions, mock tests with video solutions, round-the-clock doubt resolution and AI-personalised revision support. Around 20 lakh students appeared for NEET (UG) 2026, with nearly 11.21 lakh qualifying for admission to undergraduate medical programmes across the country.
The strong performance of students has also generated positive sentiment in the Murshidabad education market, where demand for structured NEET coaching and technology-enabled learning has been steadily rising. Education experts believe the success of local candidates is likely to encourage more students and parents to explore hybrid and digital coaching options, while coaching centres in the district may witness increased enrolment ahead of the next admission cycle.
