Bajaj Finserv Ltd. has reported a 12.3% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company’s profit rose to ₹3,132.35 crore, compared with ₹2,789.05 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The financial services group also recorded strong growth in total income during the quarter. Consolidated total income increased by 19.1% to ₹42,036.90 crore, compared with ₹35,300.02 crore in the same period last year.
The group’s consolidated profit after tax, including non-controlling interests, grew by 18.2% to ₹6,296.67 crore from ₹5,329.17 crore a year earlier. Profit attributable to non-controlling interests increased by 24.6% to ₹3,164.32 crore, accounting for the difference between the overall group profit and the portion attributable to Bajaj Finserv shareholders.
The company’s total expenses also witnessed an increase during the quarter, rising 17.8% to ₹33,109.82 crore from ₹28,097 crore in the previous year. Despite higher expenses, the company maintained its growth momentum, supported by improved income generation across its businesses.
The latest quarterly performance highlights Bajaj Finserv’s continued expansion in the financial services sector, with steady growth in profitability and revenue. The company’s results reflect strong business performance amid changing market conditions and increasing demand for financial products and services.
