Godrej Properties Targets ₹39,000 Crore Annual Bookings on Strong Market Demand

Real estate major Godrej Properties Ltd reported a 42 per cent decline in consolidated net profit to ₹349.38 crore for the quarter ended June, marking the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27. The decline was attributed to lower income during the period.

Despite the fall in profit, the company maintained strong momentum in sales performance, with booking value increasing by 22 per cent. Godrej Properties recorded its sixth consecutive quarter in which booking value surpassed the ₹7,000 crore mark, reflecting continued demand for its projects across key markets.

Pirojsha Godrej, Executive Chairperson of Godrej Properties, said the company delivered another strong quarter in terms of bookings, collections, business development and earnings. He expressed confidence that sales growth would continue throughout the year, supported by strong end-user demand in major real estate markets.

The company expects to achieve sales bookings of more than ₹39,000 crore and collections of around ₹24,000 crore during the current financial year. According to Pirojsha Godrej, these targets will help the company generate approximately ₹9,000 crore in operating cash flow, enabling further investments in sustainable growth initiatives.

The company’s performance highlights a positive sales outlook despite short-term pressure on profitability. Godrej Properties continues to focus on expanding its presence in key markets while strengthening its project pipeline and financial position.
