RSL Group, Casio join hands to expand keyboard education across India

RSL Group and Casio have announced a strategic partnership to expand contemporary keyboard education across India through co-branded learning resources and nationwide teacher development workshops.

The collaboration will introduce three physical learning method books — Beginner Piano Method Book, Beginner Keyboard Method Book and Advanced Keyboard Method Book — supported by interactive digital lesson content featuring Casio instruments. The books will be supplied with selected Casio keyboard models and will cater to learners from beginner to advanced levels, alongside Casio’s Slim & Smart, Standard and Indian series keyboards and premium Digital Piano range.

The initiative aims to reach more than 150,000 music enthusiasts and 1,000 music teachers over the next three years. Teacher development workshops will begin in 2026, led by RSL trainers from India and the UK, covering teaching techniques, contemporary repertoire, learner engagement and creativity.

In Dimapur, the inclusion of the Nagaland city among the programme’s key locations highlights the growing interest in music education and contemporary keyboard learning in the Northeast. The workshops are expected to provide local music educators with structured resources and professional training.

RSL CEO Tim Bennett-Hart, RSL India Country Director Arup Gohain and Casio India Managing Director Takuto Kimura highlighted the partnership’s focus on accessibility, practical learning and nurturing the next generation of musicians.
